A delegation from the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), accompanied by representatives of the Kurdistan Regional Council of Ministers, the Board of Environmental Protection, and the Iraqi Ministry of Environment, visited Erbil Zoo. The delegation was welcomed by Adel Salman, Director General of Erbil Zoo.

During the meeting, issues related to wildlife and endangered species were discussed. The delegation appreciated the suitable environment and facilities provided for the animals and expressed their wishes for the continued success and progress of this strategic project.
